Hey, I’m Joey (Zhengyuan Zhu). I’m a Machine Learning Engineer at Adobe, where I build LLM-based agent orchestration systems for Adobe Experience Platform.

I got my Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2025, focusing on understanding misinformation on social media through truthfulness stance detection. Before that I did my B.S. at Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.

This site is a mix of my professional CV and a blog I’ve been keeping since 2017, originally on a Hexo blog I built during my time at BUPT. The old posts cover everything from deep learning fundamentals to GRE prep notes to book reviews. They’re memories, and I wanted to keep them around.

Outside of work I’m interested in AI agents, NLP, fact-checking systems, and whatever rabbit hole I happen to fall into next.
