Reading的正确打开方式

Reading is not translation! 方向错了，就算再努力，也会在错误的方向越走越远

  1. 先读文章：
    Key words => Important information => Function of sentences

  2. 答题原则

  • 忠于文本
  • 区分题型
  • 读懂选项

短文章题目类型（前四类）

  • although/though/even tho ugh/even if：表示让步（句内逻辑）
  • 任何英语句子：1.表示thing 2.表示state

全文主旨题：

  • The passage is primarily concerned with
  • Which of the following best states the central idea of the passage
  • The primary purpose of the passage is to
    思路：文章结构+文章开头

推理题（基于原文）：

  • 标志词：inferred/suggest/implies
  • It can be inferred from the passage that …?
  • The author suggests/implies which of the following about …?
    思路：
    1. 定位（scanning 问啥找啥 找第一次）
    2. 读定位词所在句（OR 其前后1-2句）
    3. 匹配选项（定位词所在句OR 其前后1-2句 的同意替换）

作者意图题

  • 标志词：The author of the passage mentions … primarily in order to
    思路：
    1. 定位…所在句
    2. 句内/句间 逻辑

事实内容题

  • 标志词：which of the following is true of sth
    思路：
    1. 定位包含信息点的句子：
    2. 直接看选项找同意替换的选项
    3. 如果没有答案，就接着看下一句
